round and round

I'm very much amused at a 'speech' that a certain little girl made today.

Please, have the least amount of modesty when you're speaking to the whole band. I simply cannot believe the audacity that you displayed today. So much so that it's amusing.

When you're given a chance to speak to the whole band, please don't abuse the smallest amount of authority you're given. Think before you speak, and remind yourself who you're speaking to. I honestly don't care if you're pissed or anything, but the way you speak has certainly pissed some people off.

If you think that you're being a big shot and by 'scolding' us you would be triumphant, think again. We're the ones who get the last laugh. Your speech becomes the joke of the century.

So, before you go shooting off "I ALLOW you to yada yada" or yell "What is this?!", kindly consider your own position. Even the band leaders don't speak like some snob and that's why we respect them. Power is not everything. In this band, trying to overpower the masses is like commiting suicide.

Oh anyway, there's some things I would like to point out in case you argue about what trying to maintain the discipline in the band and crap:

1) You did not specify that the stands were meant of ndp and we were supposed to place them back in the trolley. Like hello? You'd think everyone is a mind reader and knows what you want when you didn't even say it? Sorry, you overestimate our intelligence. We are not higher beings like you. ;D

2) There's nothing wrong in placing the stands back into the cupboard. If you think that's an indication of lack of discipline, please don't make me laugh. The cupboards are MEANT for stands to be kept in. Following point (1), if we didn't know that we had to put the stands in the trolley, it's common sense to put it in the cupboard, isn't it?

Yeah so, my point is, don't act all big when you obviously don't have the authority to do so. And speak nicely so that people will ACTUALLY listen rather than scoff at your grammar.

Have a nice day.

I really, really, really hate it when my fridays get eaten up by school stuff.

It sucks, seriously. And to think I was actually looking forward to this friday when I finally get the day off and can go home or relax or do whatever stuff as long as its not related to school.

But heck noooo. There just HAS to be ndp rehearsal.

It's been three weeks (or more) already. I cannot remember when was the time I actually went home directly after school. It's so tiring, or rather, I feel tired of all this.

There are so many things I would like to complain about, but I'm just too tired to.

-----------

Well anyway, I haven't been online for the past few days, so let me just wish a big

HAPPY BIRTHDAY~!
(though abit belated)

to Jessica and Jovine! XD

Congrats for being one year OLDER. 8D Shall I wish you eternal youth?

Went to court today, and its smaller than I expected. Like alooooot smaller.

You know those kind of court that you see in hongkong dramas?

Yeah, I thought it was that big. But no, its just a really small room with the judge's stand and places for the lawyers/prosecutors. And we were sitting behind a glass panel; couldn't hear what they were saying. x_x

But overall it was an interesting experience, I suppose.

The judge was surprisingly young, and nice enough. Our discussion wasn't much, the verdict was pretty much decided.

My stupid shoe literally self-destructed. I mean, it was perfectly fine in the morning.

Then the front part of the sole came off at the mrt station, the leather started flaking on the bus, and when we arrived at the court, I accidentally kicked the stairs and the darn heel came off. =_____=

Its condition deteriorated during the hearing, and I didn't even walk much.

I think the glue melted due to long term storage in the garbage filled store room.

In the end I had to get a new pair of shoes and wasted money on it. D:

I marvel at the amazing-ness and the perversity of how simple a normal Japanese person you see on the street can do stuff like this:

Originated from the Russ.K commercial, this dance thingy is ultra popular amongst amateur animators and has so many versions of it.

There's a D.Gray one if you're interested. XD

Awesome.

The late sunset was really beautiful today so I couldn't help but take a picture of it.

Did what I could to save the original colours, its roughly like that. I like it when the sunset looks pinkish. Like cotton candy. XD It looks even better when it's purple; I've seen it.

I stared at it until it faded. In like, 5 minutes? It's so quick that you can literally see the sky dimming, the light ebbing away slowly.

I haven't seen this for a long time, just something to remind me about how daily occurences like such can be so beautiful. ;D
